First time using Arnold Clark at Manchester Airport and despite a shaky start it went well. I hadn't realised they were off site - my own fault - but I found the staff to be pleasant,friendly and welcoming.

In particular, Naz, was extremely professional and ensured my rental process went smoothly after a couple of minor issues with the car. He dealt with the issues immediately and his attention to detail was faultless.

If he doesn't have any responsibility for customer service training, he should - he is an excellent ambassador for the company.

I will return next time.

I find it very easy to book cars with Arnold Clark. It's also very convenient to pick up and drop off at different locations. The prices are reasonable and the staff at Liverpool, Toxteth and Manchester Airport, Ringway are wonderful. It can be a bit of a minefield hiring a rental car - there are many horror stories about people being ripped off for damage they claim not to have done. I have used Arnold Clark many times now, and I have never experienced that sort of thing. They come across as open and honest. If you're a careful driver like me, there's nothing to worry about. You can trust them. To my mind, they take the anxiety out of what could be a very stressful situation. I'd love to see some sort of loyalty program for repeat users, or people who use their services regularly. But overall, they are excellent.

Booking online was esay, communication quick & clear. Pickup/ dropoff service in Inverness great. Cars was excellent condition. Pricing perfect. Arnold clark staff all very friendly and helpful.

Much better than Hertz. They seem to be very efficient in the Liverpool branch. The car was nearly new & a high spec. Everything was explained clearly like mileage limits, how to use the main features of the car etc.
