Seeing two supposed managers having a water fight, tipping water on eachother and throwing bottles near 20k cars is something I am still flabbergasted about.

There is a fine line between team camaraderie and horseplay infront of customers.

Van hire cost and pick up was easy enough. Van itself wasn't overly clean inside but I'm not too fussy for the cost. Return took well over 20 minutes as one person on the rental desk working hard watching multiple other people just mess around.

Great for the cost but you will get a better service at Enterprise.

Your Motherwell branch was closed when I went on the saterday to my surprise it was closed all weekend,
I had to use the Arnold Clark phone line to book a car for the start of the week from the Motherwell branch
All went well when I got there very polite and friendly.

I hired a car from your mountvernom branch before and when I asked if when finished with the car I could deliver the car to the nearest branch to me to stop me returning to Glasgow I was told yes but there would be a CHARGE of £50 I was not happy so I had to go back to Glasgow miles out of my way.

I appreciated the kindness, the clarity of the contract clauses and the honesty. I had a couple of bad experiences with car rentals in the past, so I am always wary. Instead, the experience with Arnold Clark was positive, they do not try to rip off the customer. The car was very good but overall I give more importance to correctness and so I would definitely recommend them.

Poor process for hiring a vehicle when I had hired one less than 4 months ago should only have had to provide the DVLA license check in my opinion
