The rental customer experience was top notch, Jess was very professional upon my arrival and helped sort out the child seat i requested, the van was fine to drive and it got the job done, my only issue was that the van’s brakes were constantly squeaking whether i was driving at 30, 40, 50 or 60 mph which was annoying at times, i advised the defect to Arnold Clark upon my return of the van and they said they would investigate and deal with the problem. Overall i was satisfied with how everything went from start to finish.
