I renewed my licence on 12 August, well within the reminder. Order ID SPTS-G1208171717-17FUG. My Credit card has been debited with £28.80.
Since then I have received several emails telling me that my licence was about to expire. I have not had any sensible reply from Sparktrust except to say that I had been sent some sort of reminder but had not been charged again. The system has now failed because it is said that the licence has expired. I am totally disgusted with Sparktrust particularly as I have not had any relevant replies to my emails. I am about to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company.

i have had sparktrust now on 2 different laptops over a number of years. have had excellent results.

It's partnered with Microsoft. The software checks all the vitals on your PC or your laptop. Identifies the problems and you click on fix all. You reboot and you are good to go.
