I renewed my licence on 12 August, well within the reminder. Order ID SPTS-G1208171717-17FUG. My Credit card has been debited with £28.80.
Since then I have received several emails telling me that my licence was about to expire. I have not had any sensible reply from Sparktrust except to say that I had been sent some sort of reminder but had not been charged again. The system has now failed because it is said that the licence has expired. I am totally disgusted with Sparktrust particularly as I have not had any relevant replies to my emails. I am about to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company.
