I found this company about 2 to 3 years ago when my present computer crashed without warning and my Norton was useless .......but because I went looking thru the internet and by accident found their site and used their temporary form ....it helped me from purchasing another computer !!!!!! I am very satisfied with this company from all angles because it is very efficient and it knocks out any malicious viruses that hook up to your system...like a 1.....2 punch and it is gone !!!!!! I renewed my yearly contract with them. I continually received notices that it had expired. So I renewed it again thinking it didn't go through. I still received notices that I needed to renew it. When I got my statement I was charged with both bills. I continue get notices that I haven't renewed.I am very disappointed in the way you handle your business.
