I made my booking online and received the confirmation showing Heathrow T5. When I turned up, they didn't have my booking as the paperwork was at T2 so clearly there was some issue in their system. However, it was dealt with very well and I was sent an image of the booking form and there were no issues completing the drop off. On my return, I made sure to remind them it was T5 (although they had updated it and it was no correct on their system). As instructed, I called twice (once on landing and again, once I had my bags), and was advised where to go and that the car would be 15 minutes. In the end, it was nearer 20 minutes but I thought that was acceptable and Johnson, the driver, was very friendly and helpful. All, in all, despite the initial hiccup, I felt the company dealt with it well and I would be happy to use them again.

Smooth transaction from start to finish. This was my first time using airport parking / meet & greet facilities and I was a little worried and did not have high expectations. But everything worked out as it should with no complications and both agents on drop off & pick up were great and helpful. SK was very helpful upon collection of my vehicle. Thank you
