I have booked a taxi for 1 a.m. with about 5-6 hours in advance, and when the time came, no one turned up. I have called them numerous times, and they either left me on hold or just hung up on me if they answered by mistake. I tried to contact them for at least 30 minutes, and they just left me on hold. I didn't want to cancel it myself as they have a cancellation fee, but I had to do as I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I will be getting those money back if they even dare charging me.
Avoid them at all cost! You are better off getting an uber.

Booked a taxi from Guisborough to stockton well in advance, over 15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, I know why they never showed because we pre booked it and the price was cheaper for pre booking and didn't want to travel a few extra mile for the pick up. Wouldn't recommend.
