When I was collected from the cemetery the driver was inpatient and I was trying to strap my new born baby in, he told me to hurry up but I was struggling to fit the seat belt I did ask for help but he just told me to move the baby to another seat ( very unhelpful) and suggested the front seat!! Which is illegal. I have used Royal cars for many years now but I have never had such a bad experience like this morning.

They arrived very rapidly and in general I find them very reliable with timing. The automated phone system remembers you so it's easy to do regular bookings from the same pickup point. I always find the drivers polite and helpful too.
