Abundance of resources not just for technical but overall challenge and confidence building. Starts with mindset and continues with a masterful progression of beginner to advanced lessons. Then there is the community who is there for full support. Yash has been very responsive to my questions and reminds me of the various ways to get support. I've taken a similar course years ago and this definitely is helping me conquer my challenges with SQL. Looking forward to getting a solid foundation and get that high salary remote opportunity.

My experience with DE Academy has been great so far! I have regularly scheduled check-ins with my mentor, and I have attended a few of the live Q and A sessions and group calls. The curriculum contains many resources and videos as scheduled checkpoints to demonstrate knowledge and receive feedback. I will add that you must be a self starter and fully committed to spending time to learn. Otherwise the program will take longer to complete.

I enrolled in Data Engineer Academy because they advertised hands-on mentorship, real-world projects, and around-the-clock instructor support. After paying the full tuition, none of that materialized. Instructors were unresponsive, scheduled “office hours” never happened, and promised project feedback was completely absent. I was left scrambling for my own resources and guidance. This feels less like an academy and more like a money grab. If Data Engineer Academy wants to improve, they need to deliver on their core promises: assign dedicated mentors, actually hold live help sessions, and provide timely, constructive feedback on students’ work. Until they do, I can’t recommend them to anyone serious about a career in data engineering.
