J'ai été très déçu par mon expérience avec WHC. Lors de mes échanges, Jerry et Gassan, ainsi que leur équipe, n'ont jamais assumé les problèmes rencontrés. Leurs serveurs manquent de fiabilité et le service client est déplorable. Il semble que, chez WHC, on considère systématiquement que le client est dans l'erreur. Ayant testé de nombreux fournisseurs, je peux affirmer que WHC se classe parmi les pires.

C'est faux. Votre directeur client a tenté de me joindre aujourd'hui par courriel, et je lui ai répondu pour convenir d'un rendez-vous. Cela fait plus de six mois que je demande à parler au "directeur", et on m'envoie votre clown de Gassan après 10 suivis, qui se dit directeur mais ne l'est pas… Il n'a absolument pas à cœur l'intérêt du client. Tout ce qu'il cherche, c'est à se défiler.

"It’s a scam"

It’s a scam. Don’t use there pro and infinite service. They lowered the limit of your website after one maintenance. Every website not functioning. They ask you for an upgrade.

I'm not super techy so have had to open more than a half dozen tickets. Touch wood it continues because I've always gotten a customer care response within 24 hours and the solution I needed to get unstuck. I like that I can get my URL and multiple other products all under the same roof.

Quick response in billing department. Got all I needed done to cancel one domain and renew another. Got all I needed to get done on two domains in minutes. Friendly, informative woman I spoke with. I am proud of the CDN company. They deserve all the accolades they get. Count me in for a 5 star * * * * *

"poor change and ticket management"

They apply changes on my environment without any advice to their clients, neither obviously testing it. On support, this is a call management performed by secretary tech. Ticket being exchanged from 1 tech to another one, having to re-explain the issue at all times in writing. they do not read them, neither take a look at attached files problem descriptions. my website and mails stop working for me and my clients and nobody cares about it!

I am an IT professional and WHC.ca has always been my choice. I have even recommended it to my contacts who have been using WHC.ca services.
