I bought a DVD set for $189 which turned out to be the wrong region as it wasn't stated on the description. Seeing as it was an AU website I thought it would be right (my mistake).
They have a return policy but keep telling me it cannot be returned and there will be no refund.

I won't buy from here ever again.
