I purchased an electrical machine which, as it turns out, came from the US, I'm in Australia, which is 240V, and the US is 120V. They were short and sweet, I was told to get a converter. I wanted to return it and was told they don't do refunds. NEVER AGAIN

I have been buying online products for over a decade, and being in Australia, overseas shipping can often be a mountain to climb, but every so often I find a site that goes above and beyond in shipping costs - this is one of them.

Do not take the response of auto calculating shipping to be fair that I see on here. The shipping is close to triple the cost of shipping many products directly, and from other retailers. It does not cost $450 in shipping to ship a $450 order that I was price checking from multiple website imports when both competitors shipping was under $100.

I suspect that is how this site makes its money - goods priced ok, Shipping way over priced for what they pay to send it to you.

I would advise only using this site as a last resort for a product you must have and cannot get elsewhere, otherwise, don't bother.
