"Do not deal with this company"

I also will never use ubuy again and would advise other people to save themselves the frustration and disappointment of dealing with them, l ordered a watch it was not cheep by any means, yes its a nice watch it took a long time to arrive, but the problem with purchasing from the internet is the pictures tell you one thing and handling the item in the flesh so to speak tells you another, the watch was to big and heavy and just looks very cumbersome on my wrist, so no l was not at all very happy with it and wanted a refund, but was told unless the item was damaged or did not arrive there was no chance of a refund, so what happens if you buy a pair of shoes or clothing and it does not fit because of the cut or the shoes are a narrow fit, or something, l have never ever been refused a refund when shopping on the internet, quite often items you buy online are not the same as they were in the picturea as they are when you finely get them.
Please do not write a heap of excuses to my review to justify your crap returns policy like you have every one else and please do not tell me to have a nice day l am angry and disgusted with the lack of customer service.

"Do not buy anything from this company under any circumstances. "

I bought a digital audio player from Ubuy. I specified exactly what I wanted - Make, model no and extended memory size. They did not have it in stock, but they left the URL on the web, so it came up when I did a Google search for it. Instead of saying they were out of stock, they just put up a unit of the same make, but with 1/4 of the extended memory size. I did not notice this, so I bought it.
I realised my mistake as soon as it arrived, and tried to return it for a credit to buy the model I wanted when it the restocked. They refused this. They said they had sent what I bought, and they did not do exchanges. They then added insult to injury by ending their message with "Have a great day ahead!"
After this they sent me two messages by different people justifying what they had done by saying it is company policy. All of these told me to "Have a great day ahead!" This is the first time any company online or offline has refused to accept a return from me. I am furious.

"I am beyond frustrated with Ubuy customer service."

I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase from Ubuy. I own three Pelican 1400 Series cases, all with broken latches, so I ordered the “7 replacement latches for Pelican 1630, 1660, 1690 cases” hoping they would fit. But guess what? They don’t even come close! There was no way to confirm sizing on the website, and the lack of details left me guessing. After seeing different latch sizes on 1400 cases online, I assumed Ubuy’s replacements might work for my 1400 cases. Big mistake.

When I reached out for help, Ubuy's response was pathetic. They "apologized" but refused to exchange the latches, claiming they delivered the “correct” product as per the order. No consideration for the misleading, incomplete product info or the fact that it’s unusable for what I clearly need. Instead, they basically told me to deal with it myself.

Avoid Ubuy at all costs! They don’t care about the customer experience, and if you have any issues, good luck getting any actual support. Ubuy’s lack of accountability and poor service are astounding, and I wouldn’t trust them again with a single penny. Look elsewhere for reliable, customer-friendly sellers because Ubuy is NOT it.

"Product faulty and dangerous"


Product faulty and dangerous, instructions say you cannot convert and electrician came out and confirmed, stated it’s dangerous!! Cost me $900 ($400 delivery) discovered parts missing, apparently I’m out of the window timeframe to return a faulty unusable product! Buyer beware, scammers that take your money?! That was money I saved to buy it!! Just devastated, and disgusted!
They should read their manuals and not send faulty unusable dangerous products to Australia and then tell me basically bad luck, and anything else they could help me with?? Really!! It’s also an Australian website i purchased from!

Firstly I will say that the item I was looking for isnt readily available if you live outside of the US/Canada - so I applaud Ubuy for allowing residents in other countries to purchase. The prices are also fairly reasonable - which again is another positive.

As for the negatives, on this recent purchase I had to raise an escalation case with Ubuy customer service which took a few weeks to resolve. I was purchasing the exact same item that I had purchased less than 3 weeks prior - except doubling the qty (from 1 to 2) and for some reason, both the shipping costs and the customs costs had more than quadrupled since my original purchase... which again was less than 30 days ago. Spoke with multiple individuals who could not fix the issue and it was frustrating as I had to repeat my concern all over again each time I spoke to someone new.

The funny thing is, I don't actually know if any of the individuals I spoke with fixed the pricing issue as I merely attempted again to make my purchase and the pricing had corrected itself to be more in line with what would be expected when simply ordering 2 of the same item as before.

So the good would be availability, their willingness to look into issues and friendly customer service teams.
The poor would be - confusing pricing and difficulty in getting it resolved.

The products themselves are great - exactly what I ordered!

"I will never buy from this company…"

I will never buy from this company again i brought a business machine well over $750 off them finding out cant be used in Australia love the idea of the product wish could use shame the the product on website did not state this maybe should have or include a converter to be able to use 120V in Australia. I requested a refund they said too late to cancel as its been shipped that being not quite the truth as i found out they still processing it so confusing no communication. Seems ill be charged a fee for asking for refund does not seem fair as they themselves arent losing out on money when not shipped Very poor when they have plastered on their website 100% money back guatantee i had no choice but to put in dispute at my bank to get all my money back cant believe all this hassle within less than 24 hrs wow
