"5 year old out of date Putty"
I ordered 2 boxes of Putty in beginning of January, that order was cancelled as I never saw the 24hr confirmation email. Isn't payment a confirmation of my purchase. So I reordered again at the end of Feb, I only received one box. The box looked old with warn edges and the use by date is out by half a decade. 06/18/2017. Its 2022. What I am I supposed to do with 5 year old out of date Putty. Its not going to hold a dame thing. Thanking for sending me your rubbish Ubuy. Usually I have made other purchases with you before and never had a problem. Guessing its getting really hard to find good staff.
Update they did refund all my purchase in full, Thank you U-buy that was appreciated.

Very poor customer service: beware!!! there is only a 7 day windows to return the product if not suitable. After that, there is absolutely no willingness to help you out!
Another trick to their sleeve: if you contact them within 7 days, they just do not respond...
I will never buy from Ubuy again!

"Ubuy cancelled my fully paid order"
My order was cancelled due to a shipping cost calculation error on the part of Ubuy. I had already paid in full, including associated international transaction fees. Was refunded, but the refund didn’t actually cover the true amount I paid. I pointed this out to customer service, who shrugged their shoulders.
Bottom line, use extreme caution with this company. You might complete and pay for an order, only to have it cancelled through no fault of your own, and not be fully refunded.

Since around 3 months I've not got my order yet...however it's been said it's been delivered but not delivered yet....any update???? Tired of sending and receiving emails but no valuable output received from mirraw team....extremely poor customer service...😡😡

Ok I may have been scammed here according to Trustpilot. Annoyingly whilst the Trustpilot reviews appear on the main web page they don't show up on the shopping page which where I went from for a local distributor.
So I'm starting with 4 stars - online ordering was a little annoying and i had to use a few different cards to get something to go through. One of my cards which wouldn't go through called me later that day to say they had concerns. Bit late!
Day 2 and still my order hasn't been shipped but got hold of customer service quite quickly and they said it would be shipped today and go by DHL.
So we are on 4 stars and will down grade or upgrade as we go along.
Ok so good as their word I have received a DHL tracking number. Shipment is traceable and delivery is likely to be Monday allowing for customs.
I have upgraded to 5 stars. Goods arrived at 10 am on the Monday morning so 6 days from order. They were as ordered and the right size. I'd definitely try this firm again after my experience.
