"No refund for testing- Avoid this company"

There is no refund possible even though travel testing has changed abruptly.
the cost of returning + a so called service charge is more expensive than the PCR test itself. It would be more fair to say they don't accept any return and do not provide refunds. However on the site they say they are "refund friendly", it is ridiculous.
I will avoid this company moving forward, I will keep my useless test as they refuse to refund me but there are plenty of other providers to choose from who were happy to refund my order in the past.
