“We had a wonderful time in Branson, and this cozy little spot made our stay even better! The place was clean, affordable, and conveniently located near everything we wanted to explore. The only small downside was that the bed could use an update, and the pillows could be more comfortable. But overall, it was a fantastic place to vacation, and we’d definitely recommend it!”

The Place was clean and very accurate of the pictures. The Host was very nice and helpful. Communication was always open with the host. Overall a great place to stay with covered parking.

I received many emails on my booking, with all details, before I was charged how much etc. also received text as the trip was upcoming etc. Everything went smoothly but I’m sure if we had any hickups they would have been easy to get ahold of to help right away.

Very comfortable condo, well appointed. Ac in both living and bed rooms. Lots of room for 2 people.
Up the hill so a bit of a walk down to the Malecon, but not too bad. Had a great week.

"Evolve unwilling to do the basics"

Evolve did not complete a review of me as a renter. Having a high rating qualifies me for auto-approval in some situations and signals to property managers in other situations that I am someone they can trust to take care of the property while I am renting it. I always take the time to write a glowing review when I have a great experience, which I did for this rental. So evolve benefits from me taking time to fill out a review, which leads to more rentals but can't take the time to fill it out for renters, which is **your job**. So you take a cut of the owner's profit and don't do the basics in return. I also own an investment property and would never engage Evolve as a result of seeing how Evolve won't do the most basic of responsibilities

"This company went from bad to terrible"

This company went from bad to terrible. They don't actually provide any property management services at all, what they initially said they were going to do for us we come to find out that it's on us to do, guest reviews, any damage claims, pre and post guest information contacts. The longer we were with them the less it seemed like they did. Then they denied a damage claim in which the guest broke the arm off our couch, dented the refrigerator door, put cigarettes out on the end table and smoked in the house.

Great communication, great location, extremely comfortable beds! Just what we needed for our weekend stay!

Everything was great. We just couldn't handle the stairs very well. Otherwise, the condo couldn't have been better and the view awesome. Everything clean and oh so nice.
