"I went in ap to approve payment"

I went in ap to approve payment, thinking I'd have the chance to put check marks besides what payments were approved for what child. Instead, it sent an amount to be paid that was incorrect. Emailed help desk and called customer service and never got a call back.

"Solid features, bad UX/mobile app, why no web app?"

The core features are useful (integrating with our bank account for funding, investments managed via Apex clearing), but the usability and ability to execute what I want to do with the app is super frustrating.

Why is there no web application? Why is there no iPad version of the app?

The idea is good, but in practice, it can be tedious and our son's pin doesn't work at most places so the card is useless to us and him. We always end up having to send cash with him in case the card doesn't work with defeats the purpose of having the convenience of the card.

The Busy Kid platform is easy and it will teach your kids to not be entitled.Yes, they have to actually have work and be respectful to earn their allowance. They can even suggest activities and get renumerated for their work. No, it will not make for 'money-oriented-reward' for every task they complete and you won't have a spoiled brat on your hands.

This app has helped to build good habits for my kids by making chores a regular part of their routine and also empowering them to submit the chores they are completing on their own. They have learned responsibility with managing having a debit card and also how to prioritize the things they would like to purchase and supporting them in growing their independence.

I love Busykid! It's a digital world, and kids lose cash. It's so convenient to be able to send him cash when I get stuck at work and he is at his sporting events. I do wish I could add another person to be able to pay onto his card after the initial setup. Otherwise, this card is fantastic! Convenient in every way and I tell everyone about it!
