This app is a great idea and my kids quickly like the idea; however, the cards don't work. It's so frustrating and I don't have time to sit on the phone with any type of customer service. I just need things to work, especially when I'm paying for it.

Chelsi was excellent. I had a fairly simple request but didn't realize that there were several ways that it could be resolved. Chelsi explained them and I was able to decide on what worked best for me. Chelsi also offered to provide a follow up notification via email to make sure things were resolved.

Love this app! Its motivated my kids to do more around the house, helped us better establish after school routines, and is teaching my kids financial responsibility. I’ve recommended to multiple already and will continue to do so!

"Ghosting"

This app was not working out for my kids so I discontinued it a month after signing up. In September of this year I was charged an annual fee on an account that I had closed. I contacted the company but they have ghosted me and did not acknowledge my request for a refund. This shows lack of integrity and very disappointing.

The app works great for both of our boys. Whenever we have questions about using the app, we receive a near immediate response. Recently, we had questions about the features and Chelsi provided a bunch of great guidance! Highly recommend.
