My daughter wanted to buy her and her friend's lunch, they spent less than the $62 that was on her account. She was charged more and the card was declined 3 times in a row. They took a few things off the order to try and get it to work for less and it declined again three times in a row.

They tried a finally 3rd time for 49.31 and the card was charged 59.17. Order went through but contacted Doordash and they stated only 49.31 was charged to the card. 9.86 came from the card company.

Busy kids told me a 20% charge is from the restaurant and that it will be refunded to the card.

I DO NOT see a disclosure anywhere on Doordash or busy kids about 20%. So my daughter was charged an extra $3 in decline fees due to some hidden fee somewhere.

Too many declined fees with this card and we have had this over 3 years. Tried of the fees and found a new card service for my kids. Would not recommend Busy Kids.

Once again, BuskKid has proven that they have some of the best customer support agents, hands down. Chelsi provided me with the information I needed to have my recently adopted daughters' names changed, and was patient enough to wait on me to scan and upload documents to her. The entire process was quick and easy and very much appreciated.

Norma helped me easily and efficiently when a transaction was not being approved. I was in a bit of a panic and she was calm and also kept me a bit distracted during the down time when Tech Support was looking into my issue. I appreciated her help a lot!

i just recently signed up for BusyKid and ran into a problem when my card was sent back to headquarters because my apartment number was missing from my address. Cindy, from customer service, emailed me introducing herself, fixed my address, and reissued the free trial on my account so that we would actually be able to use it when my daughter received her card. i just got the card in the mail today & had a question for Cindy. She immediately responded with an answer. So far, I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service & how smooth the app is. I would recommend BusyKid to anyone!

"A Debit Card that gives more bang for your buck!"

Compared to other similar banking programs for parents/kids, BusyKid has the most bang for your buck. It's more than just a debit card that can be controlled/monitored by parents. It's a beneficial tool that teaches kids realistic expectations in regards to money once they become adults, things like earning, saving, donating ,tracking purchases, receiving bonuses, and plenty more incredible features! What I like most about BusyKid is how it's set up for kids to complete chores while also earning money they receive on their set paydays. There are also customizable features which provides an even better, more realistic experience for all involved. I am a happy parent with a happy, financially responsible teenager.
