Requires a credit check for investment accounts. I've never had a financial institution require a credit check to open investment accounts for kids.

I’ve used BusyKid for several years and found it to be a very useful tool in helping my kids understand financial responsibility. We started with them checking off their chores and evolved into the weekly allowance as they grew. They had the opportunity to act independently with my oversight.

They have now aged out of it and my most recent experience with Norma in customer service was great in helping me close out their accounts. Communication was clear and I received quick responses.
