I received a response to my enquiry within an hour of sending the email and everything was resolved before the end of the day.

I like it so far. It took a while for the cards to arrive but I’m excited to help my kids learn the benefits of saving/donating money.

So far it's great, the kids love it the only issue I'm having is getting the cards In the mail, I spoke to someone and they sent another set of cards and said to give it 10 days for them to come in.

Once u figure out how to use the app and the debit card arrives then it's not to bad.

It was very convenient. I was able to put money on his card instead of running across town to give him money.

I'm not sure I really like this app. It is to complicated when trying to add money to my children's spend card. And it doesn't automatically go on their card. It takes up to 24 hours to post. Witch for some situations is not ok. I mean what if they are out on a field trip or something and need emergency funds. If we can't improve this app I may cancel. Can't see paying a fee for sending my own money to my kids for it to take so long for them to even receive it......

I cannot thank BusyKid enough for their perseverance. I am sorry to say I had never heard of BusyKid, but both Greenlight and GoHenry would not go the extra mile to confirm me becaue we only have PO Boxes with USPS, not street addresses. BusyKid did not give up, almost 50 emails back and forth, they stuck with me all the way and were willing to problem solve. THANKYOU. With much appreciation- Jeanne

This app helped my family so much, mainly to establish habits for my child when he was 8 years old. Now that he's 13, he can do his daily routine easily and he's also used to earned his weekly allowance 😃 he's even looking forward to do his laundry or clean up his room to earn!
Life is good lol
