This has been a great way to help our kids learn to manage money and have access to a “debit card” in our increasingly cashless economy. Great customer service experience when we’ve had questions and most recently got great help from Norma when my older kid wanted to close out his BusyKid for his first bank account.

I had to contact support for help to change something that I could not change on our account in the application. They replied very quickly, worked on the issue and kept me updated the entire time. Norma was the agent who worked with me and helped resolve our issue. I left impressed by their responsive service.

"Constant Fraudulent Charges"
My family was introduced to busy kid card and initially things went on smoothly. All of a sudden fraudulent charges was noticed to my kids account. Some of these charges were refunded but not all of it. The reason was that they had completed their investigations and they feel we made those charges because it was similar to previous charges. So, our conclusion is that we are lying to get $24.30 credited to us. Why should we lie over that amount of money?
It is unfortunate that this company cannot be trusted and the card unsafe because we constantly have to keep checking for fraudulent charges on this card. it is exhausting

I would highly suggest using another card. They charge for a transaction if there aren't enough funds in the kid's account. My kid didn't think he did the transaction correctly, so continued to try to use his card and was charged every time. This also happened when they thought they had the funds, but I forgot to put them in, etc. The company also renewed our contract, whilst I was trying to get us out of it (emptying the accounts), and told me they would not refund me. Literally the same day. Horrible customer service.
