nobody picks up the phone, only a machine.
I already left messages, emails, nobody answers.
In the meanwhile they charge me for a renewal that was never authorized. Their phone number AZ time is only a machine.

Good experience teaching my son work and reward and how to use debit cards for purchases. Wish i had started younger. He was a little too old for this but was still beneficial.

Closed my sons account and took almost $200 with it saying since he is a minor there is no refund. I’m trying to get them to return money and reactivate the card. Bizarre. Never again.

I love using busykid! I can change and update tasks. It has helped me keep my kids motivated, and as they get older, I can adjust the tasks accordingly. What I really love, (and has saved me so many times), is the feature that lets you "send a bonus". Anytime my kid is somewhere without me, and in need of money, I can transfer funds to them immediately. It is a great app and service.

I like BusyKids because it is a great way to teach my kids spending, savings and how to manage money with a debit card. The feature that they can move and view their accounts instant is great. I can manage controls of their accounts is also great.

Your ease of use on the app is mediocre and the inability to transfer back off the busy kid card if it gets lost or stolen isn’t very convenient considering you dealing with kids as the responsible parts for their cards. And it takes a long time to get a card initially or to get a replacement card

I love BusyKid! I have 2 teenagers that do chores for allowance and they have it hooked up to their ApplePay. It’s so easy to give them bonuses when they are earned or money is needed. The best part is the no monthly fees just to have the card. I highly recommend BusyKid!

"Easy to use app"

Easy to use app. I can give my kids access to a card to have a monthly allowance without giving them access to a lot of money( like a credit card). They can see how much money they have and learn to be responsible with it. I like that I can give them extra as a bonus as needed.
