""Disappointed with Busy Kid's Customer Service and Limited Banking Options for Children""
I was disappointed with the customer service provided by Busy Kid. Despite being initially impressed, I found myself waiting for 10 minutes on a chat queue (#1). As my daughter grew older and I decided to transfer her savings to a traditional bank account, I was informed that this option was not available. Consequently, I now have to incur ATM fees to withdraw her cash and deposit it into a real bank account. I am dissatisfied with the way these situations were handled. While Busy Kid serves as a basic means of monitoring a child's spending, it proves challenging for a responsible child who wishes to progress and transition to the next phase of financial growth.

Overall decent. Kids run into problems when using their cards where it will say wrong PIN but the same pin works on the app. Another issue is being declined and they have to run the card multiple times to get it to run through.

We love Busy Kid. My grandson loves completing his chores and homework goals on the app. When he see that his funds are adding up quickly, it motivates him to want to do more. It teaches him about saving, investing and charitable giving.

This is the first card I had permission to get for my Grandson. The bonus transfers are always instant, giving me peace of mind that no matter where he is traveling, I can monitor his spending and know that as long as he’s got his card, I can supply him with funds, when necessary.
