Busykid was a fantastic introduction to earning, saving, investing, and sharing. It gave my kids their home chore and allowance framework for 5 years. Excellent product.

Customer service was unhelpful in answering my question regarding a replacement card that was taking too long to arrive. The response was simply to wait a few days and then call back. At the very least, the rep could have let me know that the card had shipped and that it should arrive within a few days. It was extremely frustrating.

Cool concept! It teaches my children the importance of money. I do wish my younger children could have a spend card so they can take full advantage of the app but other than that Busy Kid works for my family and I.
