Your customer service reply time is way too long, when we have a problem it takes days to fix! Half the time the card is not accepted in the platforms my child likes to use

"Hidden Fees"

I originally got this app to help my kids make money for their chores but in the last year or two busykids has been adding more and more fees. At this point it’s easier for me to go purchase a visa debit from Walmart and my kids won’t be losing money to these “fees”

Been using for about a year. Great app for assigning and tracking chores. Easy to load funds and for my daughter to use the card.

Busykids allows me to maintain a clean home. My children love using their cards to purchase different items. The app is convienient and easy to use. I love the new update. It looks cool!

I tried to give my grandson $5. Instead it transferred as $500. While it was still pending I tried to contact BusyKid to fix the mistake. No one got back to me and the transaction went thru. All they had to do was answer the phone! Instead they had me leave a message and they never called back.

"Easy for our teen to use"

The BusyKid app is easy to use and a good way to encourage motivation for our teenage son. I wish there was a feature where I could lock the BusyKid debit card as a consequence but for now, we just physically take the debit card away until the consequence period is completed.

My son is nonverbal but understands he has chores and earns money by keeping track and completing his chores.

"Clunky, Unintuitive and Delayed..."

The interface is incredibly non-intuitive. I think I have approved things or transferred things and it turns out they are "pending" for a long, long time. I just want to be able to get the funds needed to the kids when I want without having to go through some long, cumbersome process.

"Missing Bi-Weekly Chores"

The app is missing the ability to do a bi-weekly rotation of chores between children. You can make it happen by manually entering them week by week, but the only repeat option is every week.
