"Transferring money off card"

Once the money is transferred to the card it is too difficult to get back. You have to either spend it or withdraw it. I should be able to transfer it back to the child’s or parents account. The card and the account are too separate…need to do a better job linking them.

I hate that it keeps on taking $0.50 off whenever an auto payment doesn’t go through. These are kids! Stop the retries and let us know about it to add more money.

Been using this for almost 2 years for my kids. For the most part, we do not have any issues. My only complaint is that my kids can't transfer funds between each other despite being under the same account. If they want to send funds to each other they have to do it like everyone else and pay the fee. They should really get a feature for transferring between accounts.
