Absolutely the worst company. I regret getting my kids the cards. Will be canceling when I can and leaving the worst reviews everywhere possible. Customer service is atrocious and rude. They don't have your back with purchases.

I think it’s a great app to teach kids to use - save, invest and spend - their money and learn its value, we’ve been using it for years. The only shortcoming is that besides these options they cannot transfer money from their account, only the parent can take it - that is the reason for 4 stars.

My tweens racked up hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in $0.50 insufficient funds fees because who knows what music & game subscriptions and trials they signed up for continually try to charge their accounts.

We have used Busy Kids for a couple of years now and we absolutely love it. It's very customizable and so easy to bonus, or share the app with friends. It's really made building a savings possible for our kids and helped teach them about chores and working hard for their money.

We love using the Busy Kid card to teach my elementary aged child about financial management and responsibility. My child enjoys the independence of buying items with their Busy Kid card and likes to feel like a contributor to the family by buying family items such as groceries (which we reimburse them for!). It’s very easy to add money to the card using the Send Bonus feature. We haven’t used the other investment or savings features of the card.

I was charged $48 for a subscription that I had no idea about!! I was never sent a notification or anything. I never even knew about it when I signed up a year ago.

It's easy to pay for chores and send bonuses and I've had to use the support center before and received great service.
