"I really loved this app"

I really loved this app. It was easy to set up the chores for the kids. They even had little pictures for the younger ones who can’t read. I liked that you can set an amount for each chore done. If your child fibb about doing a chore, under the parent side you can undo it. I liked that you can set up when the kids are paid for their chores. I also like that they do the annual amount rather than a monthly fee. It kept me from having to remember when it was due. Only thing I didn’t like is there was no way to direct deposit money. Because you can still do a regular allowance along with how much they actually earned. But if they would eventually add that on there I may come back.

There are quite a few improvements that could be made. Investment matching. Credit building and checks. A better dashboard that shows all available tasks including ones that are not for that day (general tasks).

"No help from the customer care"

No help from the customer care. A supervisor with the name CS was the worst customer service representative I have ever chatted with till date. He was rude and did not deserve to be in customer service at all. I have saved the chat I had with him. The customer service did not had any control in resolving the issue. I wud hv not gone ahead with this if I had not paid for it. Bad exp but still a customer

"User Friendly App"

I really like how easy the app is to use for both me and my kids. We did have to have our cards resent and are still waiting for them. If they work like they should I would say the app is so worth what I spent on it.
