"Card, Security Issues and NO response from Customer Services."
We were finding a lot of issues with the Busykid application and card.
1. Card Refusal
2. Being allowed to be used Online purchases from age-restricted sites
3. Fee \ Charges being levied on the Child's account
4. No security protocols in place to ensure card security.
5. The phone application security can easily be bypassed if you have the correct training.
5. Support for the card and services is terrible; I've waited over a week for a response to an email, and still no reply.

I like it better than green light!! So much more user friendly and I feel I can do so much more with it. I love how they can saving and how it has the 3 categories

I do not find this app user friendly at all. My son didn’t know his pin and because he tried several times they charged us a fee.

"Customer support was very unfriendly…"
Customer support was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that I was having issues. I was given an answer of “we can unlock your account and you can try again or we can just cancel your account”. I understand there may have only been two options but it was completely unprofessional the way it was presented. I kept getting the same response about my funding account not working but no real help on how to fix it.

Scott Simpson was able to quickly address my issue. This was the first time I had ever contacted support so I was very pleased with the quick and professional response. I've been using BusyKid for some time now and I really enjoy the service and how it had helped manage my son's chores and allowance. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

"haven’t gotten our cards"
So far we still haven’t received our ATM cards and it’s been over a four weeks since the first order and now we are still waiting for the second set of cards.
Customer service is responsive but aren’t expediting the process at all and our daughter went to camp without any ATM card. We are very disappointed.

Very happy with BusyKid overall. The app is intuitive to use, and we received good support from Mike in getting my daughter's investment account set up. I would like a little more flexibility in how we credit chores, but that is a very minor complaint. What a wonderful way to intro personal finance to your kids
