"Amazing customer service"

Amazing customer service. My kid loved this when he was younger and it helped me keep track of what he was doing and also teach him responsibilities when I couldn’t always be with him since I was divorced. Really recommend to anyone trying to teach kids responsibility!!

I didn’t receive my card. I reached out to customer service and they sent another card and it has been 10 days and I still haven’t gotten that one either.

After my review, I received a personal phone call from the director of customer service. They addressed the issue and I received my card today. Hoping to now get to experience using the BusyKid app with my child.

"I have had such a horrible experience…"

I have had such a horrible experience with customer support. When I received the cards. They were not the cards I ordered and when I sent money using the bonus option My children card kept declining. I notified customer support let my name and number. This company never called me back but instead sent a email stating the card worked. I emailed over 6 times before they resolved the issues

"Set up an account"

Set up an account. Paid for it and never received the card. Have call the support number several times and left messages. No one ever responds back. Maybe they will see this and get back with me, otherwise I guess I’m out the $48 they charged me.

I’m an American who lives and work overseas for the military. Cindy really helped me out with getting my cards and setting up since I only have a U.S. P.O. Box. This is really helpful for us who are working and living overseas with our families. Thank you so much.
