A year in and still not running to my specs, which where detailed. Its full of bugs and a convoluted process to get anything done.. hang time excessive. Really poor. Avoid.

very non-transparent, non-transparent price structure although free and openSpource is offered. You should not entrust them with any CRM data - that is fatal.

I’ve been using SugarCRM since it was an open-source project. It is great CRM platform and quite user-friendly as well. The learning curve of SugarCRM is comparatively less steep as compared to other CRMs.

The software is horrible. Buggy, complicated and far from user-intuitive. If you need to export your data for any reason, forget it. My 30+ year developer said its a nightmare. Worse than all that, the customer service is terrible! They will turn off your Company account the day your bill is due regardless of whether they sent the invoice to the right person or not (if they even sent the invoice). In Covid when you're an essential business even! Horrible company!

Fred quickly took charge of solving my problem. He was sensitive to my frustration and kept me informed throughout the process. He fixed it. Then he actually followed up to make sure I was satisfied. This is what customer service is supposed to look like.
