Ordered online. Delivered within two days. Unfortunately they were slightly too big. Sorted return online. DPD were delivering something and I asked driver if he would take the return. He took it, and two days later my money was back in my account. Fantastic service from start to finish as per usual! Just have to order a new size!

Customer Service excellent. I made an error when ordering the calf size. Contacted customer service who responded quickly dealt with my error & the correct calf size wellies were delivered next day & fit perfectly. The returns process was simple straight forward & efficient. Can not rate the company product & customer service highly enough. Thank you.

"Still not received parcel. "

Parcel sent to the wrong address. My confirmation email was sent with my correct delivery address however their system showed different. They did not notify me when the wellies arrived back at their warehouse. I called up to trace my order and they told me the wellies were returned to them two days ago. This was disappointing that I wasn’t notified. Whoever I spoke to was very helpful on the phone and changed the address and told the warehouse to dispatch it the same day. However I never received a tracking email after that. I called up again to query this and spoke to someone else who was also very helpful and told me she would get her colleague to send me the tracking information. I’ve still heard nothing and I ordered my wellies over a week ago. Need them for work so it’s very inconvenient and quite disappointing for the amount of money I’ve paid. I’m a returning customer and love my wellies, but questioning if I’ll buy from them again.
