Fatte attenzione questa ditta non è seria per niente, dopo avermi rubato i soldi in casa. Mi hanno detto che si presentavano a farmi ottenere il libreto della caldaia oramai perso... E non si sono segnati di presentarsi. Dita poco seria e le recensioni che hanno sui siti non sono vere fatte attenzione.

however managed to get the info from your staff.

This company is so shocking and terrible. They are scammers.

Beware. They will screw you around with endless amounts of paperwork day after day after day.

I believe it's a scam to get you to put money in, then try and stop you from getting it out with endless amounts of paperwork and bank.accountlinling issues.
