Disgusting, you won't get the deposit back, take pictures before you rent because they invent reasons like the mattress is damaged or the table has scratches... Take pictures without them knowing and go to court and to the police because they are a criminal organization that deals fraudulently!

"I am so utterly disappointed with the…"

I am so utterly disappointed with the service since moving out of my previous apartment. Not only did the company try and deduct more than 40% of my deposit from me for work that didn't validate the costs, I am also yet to receive the then negotiated deposit amount. I keep getting told the money is to be transferred yet nothing as yet. My advice, like those similar to others, is to make sure you record everything so that you can protect yourself when you need to. It's disturbing how they treat people, especially with the current economic challenges people are facing.
