"AGL is a very trustworthy company"

AGL is a very trustworthy company. The energy supply is stable and reliable. Their customer service is wonderful either. Every time I ask for help, I will get my request resolved rapidly and reasonably. I will be their customer from now on and recommend my friend join in AGL. The live chat is my favorite, what can deal with most problems. I hope live chat can extend more functions so that I don’t need to spend more time to connect to a call.

"Clear and concise"

I had tried a number of other providers, including the one I was currently with. AGL was by far the clearer in explaining the offer. The customer service person was friendly and easy to talk to, answering all my concerns to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to friends on this alone.

"Poor service."

I called and after waiting for more than 1 hour I had to hang up.I later went via the app and had to wait for 1hour 30 minutes. Terrible service.

"INAPPROPRIATE GENERIC EMAIL"

AGL emailed a generic letter after recent the death of my nephew. It was in response to trying to sort out continuation of power at his address. I had also spoken in length to 3 or 4 resolutions officers and the information was not clear and also conflicting in places.

"I gave this a gl1 star the reason for…in our contract it says 30 days 30 days of use is gonna reward me with a rent.com $50 for gas $50 for electricity voucher which I did not receive"

I gave this a gl1 star the reason for that is I have signed a contract saying in 30 days of use of my electricity and gas that I will serve a gift card from rent.com a hundred-dollar gift card 50 forecast 54 weeks City well I've been on since 6th of July it's been 40 days now no email no nothing. Do you want do we want to call this fake advertising for AGL

"I'm not sure what to Think!!!!"

I'm not sure. I received a letter about updating my Meter and it was replaced. Paperwork left to say it had been done and completed.
The following week I receive an email to say my Electricity and gas would now go up in price.
I just received my Aged Pension card and maybe this is your way of recouping my pension discount.
Thank you AGL.
