I have been an AGL customer for a long time and I am satisfied with their service.

It was difficult to understand how immediately after getting a new meter our rate changed to higher tariffs
And to then be told that we could be charged more after some sort of averaging is worked out
We didn’t ask for meter and our neighbours haven’t a new meter so we will be further penalised.
Our costs just keep rising.
We will be seeking better deals from other suppliers

Shame AGL treat the long term elderly clients when asking for Pensioner discount on both Electricity & Gas usage DHS will only give on Electricity but I guess this is the way of life now

Easy to deal with staff on the other end as everything was done in a smooth transition. I know they are challenges facing organizations but their prices are reasonable.
