Trying to sell my house and getting absolutely nowhere. Orbit was my original landlord and my sale was going really well with them. Then L&G took over as my landlord and the sale has ground to a halt. My sale will very likely fall through due to buyer not wanting to wait any longer, which is understandable. You can’t phone anyone to speak with an actual human being, all communication is via email which just seems to be constantly ignored.
I’ve even written to the CEO and he assured me someone would be in contact today to help resolve the problems. No one has contacted me.

Tenant of a legal & general affordable home. Managed by pinnacle, who don’t exist until they want rent or there’s a complaint somewhere. No repair team, no emergency repair team. Had ongoing rat issue since February, caved in sewer with drainage issues still not solved. This week water coming through 2 ceilings, no one to contact and help you. Moving to this property has caused us nothing but misery, money and stress. Biggest mistake we ever made.

I bought home from L&G and service is very good initially however once you transfer to extended warranty you get cala customer service and not happy with single person in team. Mine was handle by building manager then transfer under customer service. I moved into my property year back however there are multiple issues not solved properly.

Purchased a property at Cross Tree Park, Shrivenham. Sales team are fantastic however after we moved in and handed over to their so called customer care team the problems begin. Appalling customer care, they challenge the majority of issues and try and blame the customer for substandard products used when building. Emails received from customer care have been extremely rude and they treat their customers with nothing but contempt and disrespect. I requested to speak to a senior manager to make a formal complaint, and what a surprise have heard nothing back, not even an email.
