Engager has totally changed the way I run my practice. I used to hop from task to task with no real order or management. Only since I have had Engager to organise my tasks and deadlines have I realised how much time I was wasting before.
The team and related support group are so helpful and always open to embrace changes and suggestions - which are usually implimented quickly.
Finally - the price is right for my small practice. I've been able to get rid of other software, using Engager as a one stop shop, and saving me money in the meantime!

In one place, I have all my deadlines, can generate proposals and letters of engagement, see which clients owe me (seamlessly links to my accounting software, with Engager.app adding more all the time) and so much more. There is a lot more I can do with the software, and there are guides to help with this as well as personalised support and webinars that help you solve any issues you may have.

Engager.app have created not just a product, but a community of like minded individuals who are all striving to create the same thing. The product is excellent, the client portal they have made is aesthetically pleasing and simple to understand, clients love it and we love it too. Kanban board has to be my favourite and there are lots of features being added continually. We originally signed up as we wanted to be able to produce letters of engagement quickly without having to faff with Word and secure sending, if you can get one out in less than 10 minutes, then that has to be a winning formula for any practice.
We know the faces behind the product, we have got to know them, so this is a human centric company creating excellent practice management capabilities. Don't sell out guys, like the other one did!!

I was 12+ years into running my business when I started using practice management software -> but wish this was available when I started.
I tried Senta beforehand but never fully understood it, and still reliant on my own lists -> reluctant to let go.
Having moved to Engager last year I really see the benefits -> it has highlighted some areas I need to work on better processes, and made it clear which customers are PITA and making me have red Overdue items (distressing)
I really like the flexibility of being to run it how you want - but also being able to pick up tips from other pro users from the very active Facebook group and the live sessions.
The Kanban board with different views really focuses on what to do first, the automations are great.
The clients love the journey so it's nice to be able to wow a new client with swish processes and reassure them that we won't ever let them down.
Being able to suggest and vote on ideas is brilliant and to see them come to fruition so quickly is just amazing.
Having Workflow, Pricing and LOE, Document Signing, linking with AML software Xama all in one place and for such a great price is fantastic and I would certainly encourage new practices to get it embedded into their businesses whilst they have time to really fine-tune it how they want.
