In setting up my bookkeeping company I have looked at various practice management software solutions. Finally, one of them really stood out when I discovered Client Engager.

The platform has CRM, pricing tools, letters of engagement, e-signing, a client portal, document management, client communications, workflows, task management and more.

There are several things which set Client Engager apart. One is its adaptability. The platform allows me to tailor it to the specific requirements of my practice.

The platform has been designed by accountants in practice. The team really listens to users and prioritizes their needs when developing new features. Updates and new features are voted on in user polls. The constant updates and improvements are really impressive as is the speed of their release.

The level of engagement and support provided by the Client Engager team has been invaluable. They genuinely care about their users and go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. The Facebook community they have built around the platform is fantastic. It's a place where like-minded professionals can connect, share ideas, and collaborate on driving further improvements.

Client Engager offers excellent value for the price. The pricing structure is fair, based on client numbers not on the number of users. They also offer a great deal for start up practices such as mine!

Being a small Bookkeeping Practice I was looking for an affordable Practice Management solution. I was recommended Client Engager, booked a one to one demo with Johann, signed up for the free trial and haven't looked back, I signed up before my trial ended I was that impressed with it.
The speed in which new and improved features happen is phenomenal, basing all development from user requests.
Pricing is key and based on client numbers not user numbers, which means that when the time is right and I sub-contract I haven't got to worry about extra cost because of an extra user.

"Blown away!"

When you are running a small bookkeeping company finding the right tech stack is important both in terms of what it delivers and what it costs. I had reached the point where letters of engagement were tiresome to produce, my pricing was inconsistent and I needed a CRM tool that would also help me with task management. Having previously used one of the main stream Practice Management tools and trialled a second with little joy, I was excited to stumble over the Client Engager website last December. The product was very much in its infancy, and the guys couldn’t do enough to help me navigate my way through. This level of customer service was diametrically opposed to that which I had received from another leading brand. Since I started using CE, I have been blown away by update upon update which all serve to improve the product both for me and for my clients. I am loving the professional look of my LofE, the seamless integrations with Xama, and Companies House and overall am really pleased to have found a tech solution that is brilliant and yet affordable for small practices. I cannot say enough good things about the tool and the exceptional humans behind it. Well done Client Engager, you guys rock my world!

"The only Practice Management solution you will ever need..."

Having spent years trying to find that perfect practice management software I recently came across Client Engager and I was completely sold after seeing the Youtube videos and the online demo by Johann.
The key point is the software is written by accountants for accountants and not a big software house who don't understand accountants needs only what they think you need.
If you want a proposal and onboarding system Client Engager has got you covered, if you want a CRM system Client Engager has got you covered, if you want a job tracking system Client Engager has you covered....you get my drift!
Furthermore, the Facebook and support community is fantastic where like minded accountants share questions, ideas and even vote on the Roadmap of features that they would like including in the next 6 months which other software company does this.....they listen!
If you have a question you get a response in a few minutes or an hour and not days like other software companies, if you get one at all.
The speed of development is nothing short of remarkable, OK the system is not the final article but I don't think it ever will be as it just continues to evolve and develop from input from their users.
Having used Client Engager for about 3 months now my Practice is in a far stronger position than it was before and cannot see how we managed before we moved over.
All I can say is keep up the fantastic work the Client Engager team are doing and if you are looking at your options for a new PM system give the 'new kid on the block' a try, you might be surprised and stumble across a gem like I have!!

"THE practice management software you need in your life!"

I have been running a small practice for 10 years, in the early days practice management software wasn't needed as it was easy to keep track of everything on excel. Over the last few years it has become blaringly obvious that I needed something. I tried all the known names out there and they were all lacking in some way - mostly though they were too much. Far more than what I needed.

Recently I have been getting rather desperate and worried I would miss deadlines or miss something that I should have been doing. I was trialling various apps to give me the reminders and info that I needed but I still wasn't 100% happy with this system.

Browsing an accountancy facebook group a couple of months ago somebody mentioned Client Engager. Immediately I was searching on google to find it, looks interesting! Trial signed up for, every you tube video watched with me getting more excited by the moment, could this be it?! What I have been looking for?!

I can categorically say YES IT IS!!! I have never been so eager to sign on the line for a product before the trial came to an end.

I was going to list positives but it was getting ridiculously long but in a nutshell CE is very user friendly, very easy to tailor to the requirements for your practice, it is continually having updates with new features being added, microsoft 365 emails can now be linked, there are you tube videos to help with set up and if the same help requests come up videos have been specifically made. There is a client portal which my clients LOVE and the fact that e-signing is included also a big bonus (I was paying for this separately). I think the BIGGEST positive when you are a multi user practice is the one fee per practice and this is based on client numbers. Just starting out - no problems there is a price plan for you.

There are so many more positive points I could raise but I'm not really sure where to start. Try it for yourself what have you got to lose?

If I have to pick a Negative? This wasn't developed years ago when I first starting looking!!!!
