A fantastic Practice management software for accountants. I love the innovative culture of the team at Client Engager. The product is constantly being improved, and the integration with Quickbooks Online and Xama is brilliant!

I’ve tried quite a few other CRM systems and Client Engager is by far the easiest to use and learn to get the most out of. It’s continually improving and having features added, many driven by the community using it. Really pleased we switched and would definitely recommend to others.

"Fantastic software"

We have used Client Engager for six months now and it is fantastic. The pricing and letter of engagement functions mean that we can track fees and check signitures. We request all signitures for tax returns through the portal and clients can also access signed documents at any time. Johann provided some great training for the team and is on hand to deal with queries. We use Client Engager every day and highly recommend it.

When I started my own practice last year, I was uncertain about the software I should use and how to manage things effectively. I initially tried a case management software, but it became clear that it wasn't the right fit for me. Based on a recommendation from an accountancy group on Facebook, I decided to give Client Engager a try. From the moment I had the demo, I was convinced I had made the right choice. Client Engager not only scales with your business but also actively involves its users in shaping its direction, making you feel like an integral part of the community. It's user-friendly, and the support from their team is exceptional whenever issues arise. I can't recommend any software more highly than Client Engager.

Well, having read the review by Libby, her second service/product review that is not happy… I thought I would give an honest review from an accountant with over 35 years’ experience who has been involved with software companies in that past in an advisory capacity as well as a user of countless software products throughout my 35-year career from the days when Pegasus and its modular accounting software was the only real choice also known as BS…that means Before Sage.

Client Engager...I hope no one else uses it...there I said it. The competitive advantage it gives me and my 20+ years established practice is game changing.

If you are an accountant with your own practice and you don't use Client Engager you will be left behind.

It's hard to believe this is such a young product because already its features are unrivalled by the competition, not that there is much competition at present, this software replaces three other products for us, that's right three and I am getting features I never knew I needed, but I did, and this is only the start.

Customer support is the likes of which I have never seen too, rapid, responsive, knowledgeable and I am pretty sure Johann doesn't sleep.

Development is also at a pace I have never seen in the software market before, rapid doesn't do it justice, the development of this software is lightning fast and it works, that's it, no bugs when it's released, I just hope Microsoft read this.

Try Client Engager, you won't be disappointed, or get used to the idea those of us that do will be winning clients from you, trust me, it's not often in my 35 years career I have said this, but this is another game changing piece of software in the accountancy marketplace.

We have been using Client Engager for a few months now, setup was particularly time consuming (approx 500 clients to import). It seems that for many of the questions we have, the solution is 'in progress' or 'being developed' - feels like we're being used for free advice on how to develop the product.
If all of the features they say are being developed work out, it'll be a good product.

"Game Changer!"

I have been using Client Engager for the last couple of months and it's a game changer!

Before using Client Engager, I used to store all client details and deadlines on spreadsheets, which was great to start with, but soon became a time consuming task. Not to mention the tedious job of creating engagement letters for each new client - this used to take me around 20-30 minutes each time.

Now I'm using client engager, my deadlines are automated from when I first create the client (you can have multiple deadlines for each client depending on the services you are offering), and now with just a couple of clicks, engagement letters can be created and sent out to the client for e-signing.

There are lots of fantastic features with Client Engager but these two have been the most useful to me. My productivity has increased hugely so the software is essentially paying for itself!

Fabulous software. They dont discriminate small businesses. Access to all areas and they listen to feedback. Improving and developing the software continously. Super impressed and strongly recommend to anyone.

"Essential Software for any Practice"

As a practice with several part time employees and remote working it was important for us to have practice management software, but as most providers changed per employee it proved too expensive for us to give everyone access and therefore we didn't get the efficiencies we needed. Discovering Client Engager was a breath of fresh air for us as the charges are based on client numbers rather than staff, so we now have a system everyone has access to.

It's also great working with a smaller business as they are super responsive to support messages, and the speed of development in the past few months has been immense with more development upgrades planned for the next few months.

Client Engager now acts as our CRM, produces our proposals and engagement letters, and helps us to assign and monitor workload.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to other accountants in practice
