"Amazing software"

I had been using another practice management software but they were bought out and it seemed like development of the software stalled and any new developments weren't necessarily what accountants need/want.

I moved to Client Engager a year and a half ago when it was still fairly new and the amount that the software has changed and improved in that time is incredible.

Not only is the software itself easy to use and a huge support in running my practice:
- It is created by accountants for accountants which means that it has features that we accountants actually find useful
- There is an amazing Facebook group where your queries will either be answered promptly by a member of the Engager team or another Engager user
- There is a live session each Wednesday where they show any new changes made to the software and you can ask any questions you have.
- There are loads of helpful videos showing how to use different features of the software.
- They ask users to vote for what features they want to be added to the software and produce a roadmap so you know what is going to be added in the next few months.

I can 100% recommend the software.

They truly love what they do and it shows in every aspect of the platform. If you have any feedback for them, they listen and implement where suitable. So easy to use. I couldn’t run my business without it. As a bookkeeper I need a good to do list. This brings up all my monthly tasks for each client and I can tailor them to each client so I don’t forget anything. Great client portal which emails clients when I upload documents for them to approve. It also replaced my pricing and engagement letter software. Clients love it. I love it. 😀

I've used several practice apps over the years and this is by far the best.

Really does what it says and I've never known a team so dedicated to making it better for the users and based upon users feedback.
