I was so pleased with the customer service and the items. I ordered the items quite late and it arrived quickly and safely the next day. I was sent emails to let me know where my parcel was, etc. which really put me at ease. These items are Christmas presents for my Nephew, and I know that he will love them. Thank you!

We ordered a class set of footballs which arrived the day after we placed the order - FANTASTIC! When we discovered that one of the balls was faulty, I sent an e-mail off and explained that we had just entered our half-term holiday and we would really appreciate a replacement being sent in once we return to school. The e-mail I sent was on a Sunday. I had a reply on that day (A SUNDAY!) saying that a replacement would be sent out on the date requested. I have just received the replacement promised and could not be happier with the service received. Thank you in particular to Kelly from Customer Services for her response and help!
