I emailed after placing my order to see whether I could collect the items rather than wait for delivery - my son had his basketball taken at a game and needed a new one for his next game 2 days later. Leanne phoned me to say that the distribution centre wasn't local however she had a good look around at their head office and had found a similar model that my son was welcome to. Astounding customer service - I was blown away by this.
