Placed my order on 13th December and rang a few days later for an update. I had miss read the information about postage, so was in a panic about delivery for Christmas as this was a present. The lovely lady on the phone popped me on hold and rang the supplier who confirmed we should receive the parcel by the end of the week (this was the Monday 16th). My parcel arrived Tuesday evening. Very impressed with their customer service. Would buy from them again
