When I ordered a dinning table and chairs it came within 4 days which was great. The delivery service was great too, they emailed me the night before and an hour before they delivered my order, as they promised. Will definitely use this company again.

"Disappointing courier service. "

My Mum has just had a 2&3 seater delivered, the delivery men could clearly see she was disabled but just plonked it in the living room and left her to it, she had to plead with them to take it out of the boxes after they said its not their job, I get it's not their job but where is the compassion for a disabled person? She is now left with nothing to sit on till one of her children finish work and go and assemble it for her. It would have took them all of 10 minutes to take the wrappers off and fit the feet on it.
Update,
Just assembled it and it's like sitting on a park bench, expected more comfort for a £1000 suite, also quality of the velvet is poor.
I hate to give bad feedback but on this occasion it is completely justified.

We were in the market for a new sofa and after visiting many furniture outlets we went to Furniture Village Croydon and was dealt with sale consultant Wilfred Coutto.
What a pleasure to be dealt with by a friendly, informative sales person with no pressure to secure the sale. Wilfred took us through every aspect of our purchase answering many questions. He is an ambassador for his company and we will certainly return when we purchase an accent chair in the near future.
