Non andate mai da loro fanno schifo, truffatori, state molto attenti quando firmate le carte.

No one available when returning the car. After complaining the next day a mail with header; deposit release. However; no release, but a claim of > € 900 with pictures of other car and interior. After another complaint a mail with escalation to "International Customer Services". After 6 requests still no reply... Don't ever even consider Green Motion!

Truffatori, ritirata una golf noleggiata 4 giorni 80€ (buono), ho avuto necessità di noleggiarla un giorno in più e mi sono venuti a chiedere 450€ inserendo 300€ di gestione pratica

"Green Motion/Rent One Brindisi: Avoid these companies at all costs"

Green Motion are Also known as Rent one in Brindisi. We got into their shuttle bus and were then driven 20 some KMs away to be told that the shuttle bus was the hire vehicle. We'd expected a minibus but this thing had 220,000 Kms on it. We checked out the reviews on these companies - they were terrible and many mentioned that these guys usually took extra money out after the rental for cleaning or whatever. We took the minibus to a washing station immediately before returning it, we filled it completely and had video of the poor state of the body (lots of minor damage). They were really weird when we returned the vehicle, claiming that they couldn't sign it off as no damage until a proper inspection carried out later, i.e. after we had gone. This is the only time that this has ever happened when hiring a vehicle. Not surprisingly an extra unspecified charge turned upon the card. If you look at the reviews, it is clear that this is their normal way of doing business.

As usual there is a copy and paste response. We weren’t even told it was for damage as in this response. It just disappeared from our account without an invoice or notification.

Update: The fact that you think that we damaged a shuttle bus with 220,000 kms on the clock that was already damaged almost everywhere, without showing the slightest evidence is ridiculous. We insisted that you inspected the freshly cleaned vehicle while we were there and you refused. We have video of the vehicle at pick up and delivery. There was no extra damage. I would strongly advise giving this company a wide berth. Even their feedback is weird. 1/3 5 stars 2/3 1 star. I’ll let you judge for yourselves how that happens!

Update: I didn’t respond to your standard request for information as we already spent hours trying to sort this out with your company. We have asked the credit card company to sort it out. You can send them your “evidence” of damage and we’ll send them the before and after videos.

ATTENZIONE al blocco cauzionale!
Dopo esser arrivato all'aeroporto di Heraklion e aver ottenuto l'auto al bancone di Green Motion, prenotata tramite Booking.com, hanno operato un blocco della cauzione di ben 806 euro sulla mia cartadi credito. Ad oggi, dopo 22 giorni dalla restituzione dell'auto, la cauzione resta ancora bloccata. Interpellato Booking mi rimanda a Green Motion, interpellato Green Motion mi rimanda alla mia banca, interpellata la mia banca mi rimanda a Green Motion.
È una vergogna ed è un danno da parte loro. VERGOGNA!

Pessima esperienza!! State lontani da questa compagnia.

Abbiamo ricevuto un macchina diversa da quella ordinata, non di valore equivalente.
Personale scorbutico senza la minima cortesia.

Al momento del ritorno della vettura, abbiamo controllato l'auto con il proprietario che ha detto che era tutto in regola. Abbiamo firmato, siamo tornati in Ingilterra e due giorni dopo, la compagnia ha prelevato dal mio conto £250 senza spiegazioni.

Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile e non professionale.

Vergogna!

Very bad experience!!! Stay away from this company.

We received a different car than ordered, not of equivalent value.
Grumpy staff without the slightest courtesy and a bunch of crooks that wanted us to pay for extra car insurance that we had already purchased.

Upon return of the car, we checked the car with the owner who said everything was in order. We signed, returned to England and two days later, the company withdrew £228 from my account without explanation.

This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Shame on them. Stay away!

"Evitare non affidabile"

Ho noleggiato un’auto presso l’agenzia Green Emotion Capodichino per cinque giorni.
All’atto della riconsegna mi è stato contestato un danno alla carrozzeria, danno non causato da me (un piccolo graffio all’altezza della portiera posteriore destra) cosa che mi era sfuggita al momento del ritiro dell’auto andando .
Nonostante le mie proteste mi è stato addebitato l’importo di 200 € sulla carta di credito.
Leggendo le varie recensioni di chi aveva avuto rapporti con la predetta agenzia ho scoperto che di tale comportamento sono state vittime diverse persone.

Lascio una stella perché meno non si può, una sola parola per descriverli LADRI. ho prenotato un auto e al parcheggio me ne danno un altra ( ma questo non è stato un problema)
La consegni in un parcheggio vicino perché loro sono chiusi, dopo 3 gg dalla consegna mi arriva una mail che dice che ho rovinato un copricerchi, alla mia richiesta di visionare le foto dell' intera fiancata dell' auto dove si vedono entrambe le ruote nessuno mi invia niente, ma mi inviano la foto di un cerchio in lega graffiato, mentre la macchina da me noleggiata montava copricerchi, li faccio presente tramite e mail perché per telefono non dicono nulla, non ricevo nessun chiarimento e dopo un mese mi addebitano 151 euro per un copricerchio, che costa 20 euro, sono solo truffatori e disonesti.

Truffatori di m@@@a... noleggio auto a malpensa per un giorno... percorro in totale 81 km... dopo 50 giorni mi arriva una multa di 45 euro presa a Firenze esattamente un'ora e 20 minuti dopo aver preso l'auto

Firenze dista 350 km da malpensa, distanza assolutamente impossibile da fare con una 500x in appena un'ora e 20!!!
Tra l'altro come da contratto ho percorso solo 80 km e non 700 in un giorno
