"Sono disonesti"

Sono disonesti. Dopo averci fatto aspettare più di un’ora per darci auto, l’auto aveva portiera rotta, altra ora per avere nuova auto che il giorno dopo ha presentato problemi all’aria condizionata. L’abbiamo riportata indietro e ce l’hanno cambiata. Quando l’abbiamo riportata a fine noleggio ci hanno fatto pagare 80 euro perché era sporca di sabbia. Nessun danno alla carrozzeria. Sono dei truffatori disonesti. Fuggite.

"Problema POS per cauzione"

Arriviamo all'aeroporto di Kayseri (Turchia) e l'addetto GREENMOTION a causa di un LORO problema al LORO POS non riesce a fare il prelievo della cauzione da 3 carte di credito (di 30€) e non accetta altri sistemi di pagamento obbligandoci a rivolgerci ad altre compagnie con il POS funzionante (a cifra quasi doppia rispetto quella prenotata) dicendo che avrebbe annullato la sua prenotazione. Ora finito il viaggio la prenotazione risulta annullata ma la richiesta di rimborso (tramite rentalcars, provider della prenotazione) è stato fatto solo PARZIALE e non delle prime 24h ugualmente addebitate da greenmotions.

Ho noleggiato con loro un paio di volte nel giro di poco tempo, mi sono trovata molto bene. Prezzi competitivi, auto sempre in ordine e personale cordiale e disponibile! Assolutamente consigliato !

"FRODE, VERGOGNOSI"

FRODE! Abbiamo prenotato per una settimana una macchina al Green Motion di Lefkada. Ci è stata data una macchina molto vecchia e il secondo giorno la gomma era a terra (causa il cerchione danneggiato andato a tagliare la gomma in quanto la pressione delle gomme era bassissima). Non ci hanno restituito la cauzione di 400,00 € per una gomma bucata. Tutte le persone del nostro volo che avevano prenotato la macchina lì sono state fregate in vari modi. Disonesti e ladri!

FRAUD! We booked for a week on Green Motion Lefkada. We were given a very old car and on the second day the tire was flat (the tire was damaged because there was a harm on the rim who cut the tire as the tire pressure was very low). They didn't give us back the €400.00 deposit (allfor a flat tyre). All the people on our flight who had booked cars there were screwed over in various ways. Dishonest and robber! Noone respons for this fraud!

Agenzia presso l’aeroporto di Heraklion.
Condizioni pessime dell’auto messa a disposizione, a parte la vetustà ed il chilometraggio (ca 80 mila km) era graffiata ed ammaccata su ogni lato, con tanto di grandinata a completarne l’opera, ho impiegato 20 minuti per compilare la nota dei danni … per poi sentirmi rispondere dall’addetto che lui non è tenuto a firmarlo e che se voglio posso fare delle foto.
Fare una vacanza con il timore che alla riconsegna dell’auto ti contestino dei danni facendo poi rivalsa sulla cauzione non è piacevole.
Puntualmente alla riconsegna dell’auto la ragazza ( decisamente più gentile del suo collega) mi fatto presente che il verbale non era firmato da loro. Fortunatamente non mi sono stati fatti addebiti.

"A+ for Marco and the team at Green Motion Milan Malpensa"

​My review is for a recent rental at Green Motion next to Milan Malpensa airport.

I saw the other reviews and initially I wasn't sure if I should book. However, the price was reasonable and I couldn't find anything else for that money, so took the gamble. Glad I did - I had no issues whatsoever!

Straightforward process - landed at Milan Malpensa. While at passport control I sent a WhatsApp to Green Motion's offices nearby and 10 minutes later a mini bus picked me up from outside exit 16 at the departures section of the airport.

Shortly after, the mini bus arrived at Green Motion offices (Via del Gregge, they're open 9am - 6pm, take note of the opening time if you're flying outside these hours).

My allocated car was a Fiat Panda Hybrid, which is what I often seem to get given when renting from Milan hire companies in general, which is fine, they modern, clean, economical and you can easily sit in one for a couple of hours without aches and pains.

While I'm there, Marco (Green Motion staff),
asks if I want to buy insurance. I don't usually buy insurance and take the risk myself but he quoted a reasonable price so to save myself potential headache I bought the added cover. I didn't need it in the end, but again that's the point of insurance, you have it in case s**t happens.

Marco took me through everything, showed me petrol tank was 3/4 full, asked that I return back same to avoid charges, also told me where to get cheap fuel on way back (town called Somma Lombardo, near Malpensa). Marco kept things moving, I was done in less than 10 minutes.

Anyway, returns - arrived at Green Motion site 3 hours before flight takeoff. I was the only customer there. Marco wasn't around but another staff member looked at the car, took fuel reading to make sure I at least put back what I used and refunded my €200 deposit (this would have been higher if I had not purchased insurance).

10 minutes later a Parking Malpensa bus took me back to the terminal and I caught my flight home.

My experience was good overall and I will happily use Green Motion Milan Malpensa again (just keep your prices low!)

PS: good job if you have read this far. My personal advice for hassle free car rental in general: book in advance if possible, read the rental company terms and conditions, ask any questions. If you're not an experienced driver, probably worth getting insurance, especially if it's a high end car. But if you're experienced enough, park carefully and away from other cars and know what to look for on the roads, then get your own annual policy. Check the car thoroughly on pickup and return (take photos both times).

And those of you who have an American Express - this isn't America Jack, not everybody accepts it (they charge high fees), so always bring an alternative with you.

"Never rent a car with Green Montion"

Never rent a car with Green Montion. I have rented a car in Milan Malpensa and at the picking up time there wasn't anyone from its company to give the car. So I ended up signing the contract online, but the damage checking hasn't been done at the time I picked the car with someone responsible from the company. When I returned the car the front desk men said I scratched one wheel and the damaged the front bumper, but the funny thing is that he found these damages so quick and the bumper didn't even have a scratch proving that it was hit by something. I am 100% sure the damages weren't made by myself and ended up paying 522 EUR to fix these damages I didn't do, luckily I got paid back from my insurance. If you rent a car with this company, make sure you do a very careful damage checking before leaving the site, otherwise they will find something that's not mentioned in the contract to charge you.

Viaggio spesso e noleggio spesso automobili, devo dire che mai mi era capitato un servizio di assistenza e cortesia cosi strutturato. Pazienti, disponibili e multitasking.
Ho avuto un problema con la carta di credito, sono stati efficaci nel risolvere il problema.
Inoltre uno dei pochi che ti consegna l'automobile che effettivamente hai prenotato e non una simile.
Al prossimo noleggio...

Ho noleggiato con loro molte volte in più posti d’Italia sono professionali ed precisi mi hanno trovato più volte la soluzione più adatta alle mie esigenze soprattutto nella sede di Fiumicino Apt… che dire!

A Roma Fiumicino, ho scelto una Golf automatica ma hanno anche altra scelta, dalla familiare grande alla piccolina da città.

Appena fuori dall’aeroporto ma hanno una navetta che ti prende e ti riporta in aeroporto 24h su 24h
