"Pessima esperienza"

Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto ad Olbia a settembre 2022. Il ragazzo della consegna non ha evidentemente segnato tutti i danni presenti.. alcuni infatti segnalati da noi sul momento.
Al ritiro ci hanno addebitato quasi 600 euro per una rientranza sotto allo sportello passeggero. Danno che non abbiamo arrecato all'auto.
Fate foto e video prima di ritirare il mezzo perché quando ve lo consegnano non hanno nessun interesse a segnalare tutti i danni presenti.. al ritorno invece vi fanno la sorpresa!
Il noleggio greenmotion costa meno di altri.. ma recuperano abbondamente con questa prassi. Mai più!

"Great service, no issues, and a bargain!"

I don't usually do reviews but felt it essential after reading some of the other less positive experiences, given mine was so good! Rented a car over the last week from the Green Motion in Rome FCO airport and had an excellent service! The lady who served me was very helpful and friendly (and gave me some recommendations for my time in Tuscany, and then when I returned the car some great tips for future trips to Italy!).

Had no issues picking up the car and none returning the vehicle yesterday. The shuttle bus getting from the airport to the rental shop came in about 5-10mins and the journey time was about the same. On the way back I did have to wait about 20-25mins for the shuttle, but in fairness the lady asked if I was in a rush and I told her I wasn't as I'd left ample time, so perhaps if I was in a rush it could have been expedited..

All in all a great experience and I'd definitely use them again - rental of a Fiat Panda for 6 days was ultimately £120 booked 10 days ahead, hugely less than the bigger car rental companies so an absolute bargain! Thanks!

Great price! And very nice and helpful staff. I took insurance with the broker and when returning the car, it was as good as when I got it. So I didn't have any problems.
They were friendly throughout the check in and check out. I was not the only customer and had little waiting in line.
I will definitely come back!

INNANZITUTTO L'AUTO A NOLEGGIO NON PUO' ESSERE PRESA IN CONSEGNA E RICONSEGNATA ALL'AEROPORTO DI BRINDISI COME PUBBLICIZZATO BENSI' A MESAGNE E L'AUTOBUS CHE DOVREBBE VENIRE A PRENDERE I CLIENTI PRETENDEREBBE CHE QUESTI ULTIMI ESCANO CON I BAGAGLI A PIEDI DALL'AEROPORTO PER RAGGIUNGERE L'AUTOBUS CHE DOVREBBE STARE FUORI. SOLTANTO CON ENORME INSISTENZA SONO RIUSCITO A FARMI VENIRE A PRENDERE.

INFATTI MI E' STATO ADDEBITATO UTILIZZANDO LA CAUZIONE UNA FANTOMATICA SPESA PER UNA PULIZIA STRAORDINARIA DEL MEZZO CHE NON ERA STATA MINIMAMENTE INDICATA NEPPURE AL MOMENTO DELLA RICONSEGNA E INOLTRE MI SONO STATI ADDEBITATI DANNI, PER CENTINAIA DI EURO, AL PARAURTI POSTERIORE QUANDO TALI DANNI FIGUARAVANO GIA' SUL MEZZO AL MOMENTO DELL'INIZIO DEL NOLEGGIO. ALLE MIE MOTIVATE CONTESTAZIONI NON MI E' STATO MAI RISPOSTO IN MODO CONCRETO, MA SOLO IN MODO FORMALE. HO 67 ANNI, HO PRESO DECINE DI AUTO A NOLEGGIO IN TUTTO IL MONDO E MAI MI SONO TROVATO COSI' MALE E SONO STATO TRATTATO IN MODO TANTO INADEGUATO E SCORRETTO.

"Ci siamo trovati malissimo"

Ci siamo trovati malissimo, abbiamo noleggiato per una settimana un'auto in Scozia e ci hanno addebitato un piccolissimo graffio sulla ruota che c'era già quando l'abbiamo presa. Il ragazzo ha fatto il giro dell'auto per il controllo iniziale senza però soffermarsi sul quel graffio quindi noi abbiamo pensato che fosse una normalità...
Al ritorno invece sempre lo stesso ragazzo ci ha segnalato il graffio come fatto da noi.
Inutili le ns proteste, ci danno addebitato £160,00
in più abbiamo pagato ancora £250,00 per passe e altre voci che non conoscevamo.
NON FATEVI FREGARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they close at 8pm knowing that my flight would arrive around 8pm they cannot do anything to help! « sorry we are closed check the broker » that is their only answer

Abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile riconsegnarla di mattina alle 8 nessun problema . Ho pure telefonato la sera prima per accertarmi ...sicuro alle 8 apriamo
Peccato che fino alle nove nn sono arrivati
Il ns volo era alle 9.20.senza rispondere al telefono

"Truffatori di professione!!!"

Evitate assulotamente questa compagnia!
Avevo affittato un’auto per pochi giorni all’aeroporto di Palermo facendomi attirare dai prezzi vantaggiosi. Hanno la sede a Cinisi (a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto) e ti vengono a prendere col pulmino. Alla ritiro dell’auto tutto fila liscio, è alla consegna che iniziano i problemi. L’addetto è stato lì 45 minuti a controllare l’auto, col rischio di farti pure perdere il volo, e gira e rigira finalmente trova un piccolo graffio quasi invisibile sul parafango. Visto che sei loro ostaggio (perché ti devono accompagnare in aeroporto) e visto che il volo sta per partire, tu firmi i documenti e vai via.
Morale della favola ho dovuto pagare 274€ in più nonostante abbia inviato un paio di mail infuocate descrivendo l’accaduto. State lontani da questi truffatori!!!

"Worst experience with car rental service"

The people working there are rude and mean. Terrible service, give me a smaller car than what I book. Force me to buy the insurance and unreasonable charged me 44.20 for the fuel even though I was just a bit off. Daylight robbering.
