Abbiamo noleggiato un auto per tre giorni sembrava andato tutto bene quando dopo qualche giorno ci troviamo addebitati 178€ per un graffio
Chiediamo spiegazioni ci mandano le foto del graffio. Fino a qui tutto ok ma noi avevamo fatto un video della
Macchina alla consegna (possiamo provare data ora e luogo del video) e ci risulta che il graffio già c’era
Non hanno voluto sentire spiegazioni perché tanto la risposta è “avete l’assicurazione vi rimborsano loro “
Intanto voi se fate così con molti clienti quanti soldi vi intascate ???

"DO NOT USE"

Even if Green Motion Italy is by the far the cheapest option do not use them. They are running a scam and will charge you for damage you have not caused, if there is any opportunity to do so.

I picked up the vehicle from Rome Fiumicino. On arriving the man at the kiosk was on the phone and too busy to check it over with me, so he advised that I take photos and send them to him on WhatsApp. I took a video as there were several scratches and extensive damage to 3 of the wheels trims. The video was sent to him that day but never viewed.

I had to the return the vehicle out of opening hours due to an early flight and unsurprisingly was charged for the damage that already existed, as I imagine someone else had been before me.

It took 3 weeks for them to send pictures of the damage after several requests and despite the fact my card was charged the day I took it back. As expected the damage was pre-existing and on my video, which I subsequently emailed to them. At this point they have chosen to totally ignore me.

I’m assuming I will get a comment asking me to contact customer services or escalations, which I have obviously already done. As for the Italian head office, they are a total joke and are happy to rinse tourists for anything they can, as they assume you’re not likely to book with them again.

Terrible, terrible company. Pay the extra and book with a rental car company with better reviews and reputation and avoid these absolute cowboys.

Dopo quasi 2 mesi, la società non mi ha mai restituito il deposito cauzionale e fa di tutto per tergiversare, chiedendomi documentazione per provare di non aver ricevuto nessun deposito quando in realtà, dovrebbero essere loro a girarmi prova dell'avvenuto accredito.
Purtroppo sarò costretto ad avviare altre azioni.
l'ufficio in Austria non risponde nemmeno più al telefono perchè lo hanno salvato.
Ho provato con u numero diverso e mi hanno risposto.

EVITATE questa società come la peste.
Una stella perchè zero stelle non si possono dare.

After almost 2 months, the company has never returned my security deposit and does everything to prevaricate, asking me for documentation to prove that they have not received any deposit when in reality, they should be the ones to send me proof of the credit.
Unfortunately I will be forced to start other actions.
The office in Austria doesn't even answer the phone anymore because they saved it.
I tried a different number and they answered.

EVITATE!! Noleggio in Austria. Dopo un mese ancora non si vedono gli 800€ di cauzione senza nessun motivo. Auto riconsegnata in orario, senza un graffio e con il livello di carburante accordato.
Non rispondono nemmeno al telefono.

AVOID!! Rental in Austria. After a month, I still don't see the €800 deposit for no reason. Car returned on time, without a scratch and with the agreed fuel level.
They don't even answer the phone.

"Officially a Scam - worst experience ever."

This was the worst experience renting a car.
On arrival at the airport, there was no shuttle to be found. All the phone numbers listed were disconnected or not answering. Ended up spending 2h on the phone with Priceline (thank goodness for them). After 3h, some sketchy guy showed up in a van not from the company and eventually brought us to the office to pickup the rental car. By this point, we have read all the scam reviews online for this company. We actually hesitated to get in the van as we started to fear for our safety at this point but being stranded at the airport and having pre-paid everything we were desperate. They obviously play on that to take advantage of you.
Once there, we shared exactly what our travel plans were and asked if we needed any special authorization or pay extra for anything such as driving in another neighboring European country, needing special tires (north Italy requires snow tires), driving into cities (diesel car ban on certain days). Not a peep from them... "you are all good to go sir".
It turns out you DO need snow tires in the northern regions so they put us in a legally questionable situation. They did not inspect the vehicle with us and said it was new. As we left, I noticed that they lied about the amount of fuel so we returned and had them update the paperwork which they eventually did.
Three days in, we get a charge on the card for International border crossing, all that without prior notice or approval and according to European law, illegally.
The really big scam is upon your return. Once again, there was no one to be seen. We showed up 1h early and waited 2h. Still on one. We finally talked to the Parking business that is part of their office and the responsible person told us "GreenMotion? Yes, leave the keys here and get into the shuttle. There is only one it leaves now. Don't miss it". The car was spotless and completely damage free, even cleaned professionally (it smelled so fishy that we didn't want to leave any chance for potential issues). We obviously took complete set of pictures of the entire car.
The next day, we get a charge for close to EUR 2,000 for made up damages, that they will obviously never get worked on since they don't exist. And they will repeat this over and over with the next clients. Priceline, Credit Card have all be contacted and have started taking corrective actions. The European Consumer Centres Network have also been notified so hopefully this company will cease to be allowed to operate and won't be able to defraud so many complaining customers.
Absolutely disgraceful. Stay away.
Investigative journalist from the BBC have already reported on their fraudulent behavior and there are articles all around the internet about their practices. Just search for "Green Motion customers 'billed hundreds for existing car damage'" on BBC or a simple Google search which we should have done before renting with "Greenmotion fraud" will show a glimpse of their deceitful practices.

"Sempre ladri nonostante le prove"

Abbiamo trovato la foto che dimostra che il "danno" c'era già, ma loro dicono che non si vede (non si vede perché chiamarlo danno...).
Abbiamo chiesto loro di mandarci la foto dello stato attuale del paraurti, ma ovviamente non ce la mandano...
Sono semplicemente dei ladri patentati, evitateli come la peste bubbonica.

Diamo una stella solo perché zero non possiamo.
Noleggio tramite sito e all'arrivo a Marrakech con numero di volo e orario di atterraggio non si è presentato nessuno ad accogliere come invece era da contratto. Già qui si parte male ma cerchiamo il luogo del noleggio e solamente grazie ad un aiuto ci arriviamo a piedi e con bagagli. Dista un km dall'aeroporto.... Da contratto c'era tutto ma il responsabile ha applicato voci varie per nascondere la cauzione di 300 euro che non ci è stata più restituita per inutili motivi. Stessa sorte alla coppia che ha noleggiato e riconsegnato nei nostri stessi giorni. Per quanto mi riguarda possono chiudere oggi stesso. Mai più

"Arnaque au défaut"

J'ai déjà joué chez une bonne dizaine de loueurs différents mais l'agence de Palerme Airport est clairement une arnaque organisée (d'ailleurs ça change souvent de nom). Ils vous louent des véhicules avec des défauts bien cachés (exemple bas du parechoc avant), font un rapide état des lieux et quand vous revenez évidemment ils foncent là où ils savent qu'il y a un défaut. Belle arnaque j'avoue...

D'ailleurs ils changent souvent de nom histoire de ne pas trop se faire répérer....
